PRODUCT DETAILS
  • What kind of t-shirts do you print on? We use high-quality t-shirts that are a 60% Cotton/ 40% Polyester blended material. T-shirts are fabricated in Nicaragua and printed in the USA.
  • Do your t-shirts shrink? You should experience little to no shrinking with your shirt. The blend of poly and cotton prevents the t-shirt from shrinking when compared to 100% cotton.
  • How do your t-shirts fit? Please refer to our Size Chart for sizing and measurement details. The fit is more athletic and the material has some stretch.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
  • How much does shipping cost in the U.S.? Shipping costs for orders shipped within the United States start at $5.00 and vary from there depending on the shipping address. 
  • What's your current shipping ETA?  Right now we’re at 2-5 business days to process an order. Since we’re print to order it takes a few days longer, but we’re able to offer more variety of designs and styles.
  • The printing and shipping takes place locally here in Utah. If you have any questions, feel free to contact info@rakebaseballcompany.com
  • If I pay for expedited shipping will I get my order sooner? Expedited shipping will speed up the shipping time, but doesn’t change the 2-5 business days it takes to process/print and ship your order.
  • How much is International Shipping? Shipping outside of the U.S. (UK, Canada, EU, AUS etc.) starts at a flat $5.50 for most orders 1-2 t-shirt orders. Pricing is based on weight and will vary depending on how many t-shirts are in an order. Taxes or charges such as VAT or any other charge imposed by your shipping country such are not included in our shipping rates.
  • Where do you ship to? We ship to the domestic United States and Internationally. Shipping rates vary dependent on the destination shipping address. 
  • Do you ship to the UK or Europe? Yes
  • What shipping methods do you offer? Our base shipping is USPS First Class and express shipping is USPS Ground. The shipping rates vary on package weight and shipping address zip code.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES POLICY
  • What's your returns and exchanges policy? We accept exchanges within 30 days of the date you received the item. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. We don't offer refunds, but will gladly exchange an item. *No refunds/exchanges on $20 tees/closeout tees*
